Building on her experience working with a CPA firm, Michelle transitioned into serving clients independently, turning that vision into an active business.
Today, MCO Services provides tax preparation, accounting, notary services, and document assistance, with a focus on accuracy, convenience, and individualized attention. Based in Rhode Island, MCO serves local clients while offering virtual tax preparation and accounting services nationwide, subject to applicable requirements.

Michelle O'Neal is the founder and owner of MCO Services. With a professional background in accounting, financial management, administrative operations, and compliance, she brings a detail-oriented and practical approach to supporting individuals and small businesses. Her experience includes working with a CPA firm and holding positions that strengthened her analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. She holds an Associate Degree in Accounting and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Rhode Island College. Through MCO Services, Michelle combines her professional knowledge with a commitment to providing accessible, reliable, and personalized services. She values clear communication, attention to detail, and building lasting relationships that help clients feel informed, supported, and confident.
